Submission for OST Jam Crunchtime 04.

This soundtrack depicts a story of a rebellious teenager running away from home after a dispute with her parents. What sounds like a long-awaited adventure at first, becomes a wake up call to what life is like without the safety of her home.

For this jam, I've followed both the picture and text theme. I used FL Studio to produce everything. The three songs I've made all have different genres to them - this made it hard to tie together, but I think the story I created gives context to the track list that brings it together nicely.  The first track starts off very chill and funky, leading into a Porter Robinson-inspired rock track, then finishing things off with a strings based piece.

The songs in the order provided below follow this story - "I'm Free!" pictures the beginning feelings of this girl who ran away from home; Cool, independent, untouchable.  "Rebel" then explores the feelings of excitement and danger to the outside world, then leading into the final track "Take Me Back" showing the full realization the girl has of her choices after being exposed to the all the dangers of the outside world. This ultimately results in her apologetically returning back home, with a lesson learned.

A couple of these songs are way out of my style and comfort zone, but I had a lot of fun making it! It's been a joy to be apart of these jams.
